Exceeded expectations
Positive: The room is in the hyatt regency residence buliding but owned but different owner, which was a relief after seeing some disturbing comments about it. There is no room service but still you can call for hyatt regency hotel services with charge. The room spacious and clean
Negative: With the money taken as rental, the owner should at least change the iron and provide immunities.
