Terrible. No access key, broken unresponsive host
Positive: Central location
Negative: The property had so many faults. The bathroom door was broken and unable to close, the dishwasher didn’t work and the host didn’t give us a key for the apartment despite multiple requests for one. We found the apartment unlocked and spent the entire stay leaving the door unlocked. The host manzil didn’t fix one thing. They lied to booking.com after we complained and said everything was fixed when nothing was resolved. Terrible stay.
