The first time I give the lowest score on Booking because they SCAM me. 2000 AED STOLEN! Positive: The apartment is wide and the views are nice, it’s actually a higher floor than you might think from the pictures. Negative: 1. They SCAM with deposits. I paid 2000 AED and besides the fact they confirmed there were no issues with the property and they are going to return it, it’s been 42 DAYS already; I gave them multiple options to transfer the deposit to UAE bank account (needed to bother a friend for this) and to bring it back in cash; still every day they find excuses and say they will bring TOMORROW. What a dumb scam behaviour! We are filling the police report next. 2. The maintaining team is BAD: the guy who checked us in doesn’t understand English and was not possible to answer simple questions; the cleaning was average; they have their brand on the soap and other items, and their quality is horrible — ended up buying my own soap. 3. Marina has its disadvantages, such as traffic, this place inherits it. DONT BOOK THIS. There is a lot of reviews complaining about the deposits. YOU WILL BE NEXT!!!

Negative: I rented this apartment and encountered big difficulties. Before checking in, I asked if it was possible to leave things in the apartment - at first they told me that it was possible, but then they ignored this question. My check-in was scheduled for 15:00, I arrived at 15:30 and my apartment was not ready yet - it was being cleaned, no one apologized to me for the delay. During the check-in, I was informed that I would have to make a deposit, I was not warned about this in the correspondence before that, for me it was an unpleasant surprise. I paid the deposit, 5 days have passed since I moved out of the apartment and they still have not returned the deposit to me, my messages on booking and WhatsApp are ignored. I suspect that the company is deliberately dragging out time so as not to return the deposit, I plan to contact the police in the near future. Also, the company employee tried to sell me a safari tour at 2 times the actual price. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided and recommend ignoring the rental of this apartment and any other apartments from Manzil.
