New location and good view of the Palm...
Positive: The apartment was new with a nice view. The Concierge Mr Mohit is very responsive and showed up to greet the guest.
Negative: The location is new so there are nothing around but the beach. it is convenient for a short stay of max 2 days not more. I shared with the company that they should plan for additionnal housing items in case some guests are not looking to eat outside or order food. The reason not to reside in hotels is to be able to enjoy a home away from home experience not feel like a hotel with no extra services
