Acceptable but the apartment needs an update Positive: Property was large with big living room. Negative: Bed was broken and propped up by a bin. Kitchen hardly had any equipment to cook/eat. Balcony glass very dirty and obstructed the view. Bathrooms very dated. Toilet was broken in bathroom and never fixed.

Positive: Výborná lokalita, výborný beach club a pláž, prekvapivo pekný výhľad napriek nižšiemu poschodiu, tiché prostredie aj v noci. 1 parkovacie miesto free, rýchla dostupnosť mall. Priestranný apartmán. Negative: staršie zariadenie so stopami dlhšieho používania, chyby na splachovaní WC, upchatý bidet, rozbité kanvice kazia dojem. Rozbité zatvárania okien. Majiteľ nevenuje pozornosť detailom. podobne v beach clube je možné použiť len 1 uterák , na špeciálnu požiadavku uteráky do 2 dní doplnili na apartmán. Len 1 kľúč na 5-6 ľudí.

I’d expect for the amount of money I paid. Good location, spacious, clean apartment with excellent pool and beach access Positive: This was a clean, spacious property in a good location for us as we have family close by. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and comfortable beds. The view is spectacular and the balcony is lovely - a good size and equipped for 2 people - despite the apartment being for 6 people. Check in and check out was very easy. Door staff lovely and helpful. Pool and beach facilities immaculate and the beach bar restaurant was fantastic with a discount for residents. Negative: There was only one keycard for the building and one key for the apartment - there were 5 of us so this made it tricky. There were a few things that did not work - no hot water in the second bathroom, a dangerous kettle, shower head was broken in the working shower. Bath surround was broken. There was no facilities to dry the clothes after using the washing machine. There was no washing up liquid or hand towels so take your own or you’ll need to buy. I took my own dishwasher tablets. I called to complain and was told I needed to wait in for maintenance - I waited all day of my holiday and no one showed up. Then I was told to go out and leave the apartment unlocked which I did although was anxious about this - still no one came. I complained several times and was completely ignored. Luckily my husband managed to get the hot water working in the second bathroom after a few days. But this meant 5 people sharing one shower room. The balcony was lovely but table and chairs for 2 people and the main seating area lacked enough cushions for everyone to sit down.

Positive: Напишу честный отзыв! Апартаменты красивые. Полностью соответствует фотографиям. Самое прекрасное здесь был только вид, местоположение… на этом всё Negative: 1. В раковинах не уходит вода. (писала просила отправить мастера, никто не пришёл) 2. Утюг течёт и цепляет, портит одежду. (Написала попросила новый утюг, не принесли)!!! Мы купили сами. 3. Вода очень слабая в душевых. Еле течет. И непонятно где горячая, где холодная. 4. Тапочек нет. Я думаю это не проблема хотя бы тапочки поставить в номере, потому что полы грязные! Пришлось тоже купить самим. 5. В общем везде было не чисто. Номера грязные, все двери в пятнах, как будто их год не протирали. 6. Полотенца очень грязные. 7. На балконе на диване подушки грязные 8. Сушилка сломанная 9. Уже после приезда домой, заметили что очки (не дешевые) забыли в номере, позвонили попросили вернуть. Сказали что там ничего не было, и уже живут другие люди. Через день позвонили сказали что придём с полицией, и конечно же очки почему-то сразу нашлись… Спасибо!
