Manzil -Infinity Pool at Lux 1BR Apt in Seven Palm

Positive: There was nothing to like it Negative: Service was not good staff is not cooperative. Parking facility was not available u have to wait for 1 hour so they can arrnge the parking and security don't allow you stay down so u can even get ur access card also. Building corridor was having drainge smell. Room was not good its not as per the advertising 2 big dirty water tanks infront of the window. Washroom so small even 1 person can not fit in it for shower. My worst experience in my entire life .. didn't used the property and still they charged the full amount no refund back . It was a big regret to book this property and big disappointment from booking.com they couldn't do anything for there customer for the refund back
