Please read my review and AVOID. This is the closest thing to FRAUD that I have seen.
Positive: Team was ready with all information and hence was easy and smooth, but that is where the good experience part ended FOREVER.
Negative: Except the Location and the Gym facilities, everything needs to be relooked at and this property should not be listed on Booking.com. I have made several bookings over many years, but not one needed such a review. Once check-in was complete they insisted on a deposit, which although i did not remember was a condition, I paid as it was done through booking.com. This cost me 3% in exchange upmark from the CC company, also was not objected to by me. The first night one of the toilets stopped flushing and the water pressure stopped in the shower rendering one of the 2 toilets unusable. The service teams did not arrive as mentioned and we were without use of that toilet for 3 out of the 4 days, having to resort yo using the common toilet in the gym on the separate floor. If this was not bad enough, they refused to clean the apartment daily and change linen as was paid for and booked through Booking.com and we had only 1 change through the stay. If all this was not bad enough, they did refund the security deposit for several weeks after starting reminders for the same, 4 days post check -out. Then they added the final cherry to the top deducting their side bank charges and me losing another 3% on the credit forex usage. Unbelievable!!! All these facts are well noted with the Booking.com team, lest anyone doubt this report. They have still not come back a month later regarding competing my refund, but have given an amount at the insistence of booking.com as a refund, which can barely compensate for a spoilt family celebration. Speechless and wish i had the energy to write at least 3 more complaints, all serious from this stay. Can booking.com please create a Minus10 rating option for experiences like this.
