Avoid like the plague!!! Positive: The apartment itself was good and with nice view, which was on the other hand diminished by the wrong location and the terrible service of the team. Negative: The location on Booking was wrong, which led to 100 eur of additional Uber charges to get to the location where I had to be. Before checking In, the team didn't confirm the location for a week, thus they knew of the case, but didn't do anything for it. They didn't want to cancel and refund my stay, so I can find more convenient location, as this one was 20mins from my stay. After a LOOOOONG discussion with booking, these guys said that they will refund me the taxi expenses, but they did only one drive, as they don't consider Grand Hyatt, and Grand Hyatt Convention center the same, or the address... Generally they refunded 10% of my expenses. The annoyance and time spend with the host(s) is beyond any price offer, thus this property should be used only if it's close to free. P.S. they have some deposit criteria, which is ridiculous, and is written in the fine print. IN CASH!!!! if you want to pay by card - 3% on top of that and it will be refunded within a month or something like that...
