Manzil is terrible and providing disgusting services and dirty room Positive: Only the location is okay, the rest is terrible. Whenever you book the hotel or any other apartment, from the booking.com please do not trust to pay without contacting the property or contacting the management to check with them the situation of the hotel with video. Negative: The room is terrible dirty, I booked for 10 night with amount of 21+k dirhams there is no service at all, the company name was Manzil, it’s the bedesten and terrible company to stay with! They don’t care who are you, they don’t care who is staying in the room. Once you contacting them, they are mentioning that they are busy. There is a guy under the name of Hammad, he is guest relation ambassador, I text him to inform him that the room is dirty, the sofa bed is dirty and the carpet is damaged, they did not clean the room before we arrive. After check in my family arrived, I contact him he said that he is driving. In 10 days I couldn’t met with him because he were busy I did not stay in the hotel because of dirty place my luggage was kept in the room, because I don’t have place to keep it Shame on the Manzil with their service! I swear I will never book any place if there is Manzil

Positive: الفيو كان خيالي على البرج Negative: تأخر في تسايم اكثر من ساعه مع انه بلغناه بموعد الوصول من قبل بكثير الشورات كلها دفع الماء فيها خفيف واحد من الحمامات مافيه ولا نقطه ماء دافي للاستحمام

اعتقد يوجد افضل منه لكن يميزه القرب من دبي مول وحجم الشقة كبير Positive: مشي الى دبي مول 7 دقائق لكن مو جسر مغلق .. مشي عالرصيف مناسب اذا الاجواء كويسه Negative: 1- الدخول كان متاخر جدا الساعة 4 ودخلنا ومازالوا ينظفون الغرفة والتنظيف غير جيد ابدا 2- عملية تسجيل الدخول غير مرنه لايوجد استقبال فقط تتواصل مع الرقم ويجي عندك الموظف .. تتنظر لما يوصل 3- مكان الشاور يوجد به حشرات صغيره مثل الباعوض 4- المرافق مثل المسبح ونادي الاطفال تغلق الساعة 7 5- اغلب التكاسي ترفض توصيلك للمول لان المسافه قصيره والمكان مزدحم يوجد تاكسي قولف 15 ريال للشخص
