Negative: Too much dusty out in the balcony due to construction opposite.

Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Positive: Perfekte Lage. Alles vorhanden, was nötig ist (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön, Geschirr, ...) Alles war sauber. Personal mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negative: Der Abfluss im Bad hat sehr gestunken und das vermutlich nicht erst seit kurzem. Das ging leider gar nicht. Ein Team wollte direkt vorbei kzund danach schauen.

Positive: No one is replying to my messages. No one has replied to my calls. The location of the apartment is wrong fake one the name of the buildings is fake and I reported to the tourism in Dubai.

Negative: Collected my keys almost 10 hours later than expected. No one picked up. No one send confirmation about my arrival.

Did not stay, not allowed access as pets not allowed in the building. Positive: Nothing Negative: On arrival key card for appartment not working. The security advised that a new card had to be made at a cost of 250 aed. The host Manzil did not help to solve problem and said it was a landlord issue and landlord had to obtain, and turned his phone off at around 11.00pm and left it to us to negotiate with security for about 3 hours. Security said someone has to pay for new card so in the end I paid for new key card as one they gave us was damaged. Finally, when we got access to apartment, security informed us that PETS NOT ALLOWED IN BUILDING. Damac the manager of the building does not allow and they did not allow us to enter, so we could not stay. Manzil will not refund our stay, even though we were denied access. Why say pets allowed when the building management, Damac has not approved and will not allow? They also said they would reimburse for key card, but now not accepting my calls. Very very poor management, they took our money, even though we were not allowed access to apartment and we had to organise for their key card. Beware.
