TERRIBLE! Will NEVER USE IT AGAIN. Positive: The location. Negative: It was a terrible experience and there was no customer service. The property rep was the most unhelpful person I have ever met and had ZERO professionalism. The kitchen sink was leaking and if the security and maintenance people of the building were not kind enough to help there was no response from the property rep. The cleanliness and hygiene was zero…I had to call in private cleaners to clean up the apartment. The shower area in one of the bathrooms had drainage issues again I had to call the building maintenance people to help. The iron could not be used on higher temperature coz the light would constantly trip because of voltage issues!!!! All this happened on day 1…just as we began to settle in! If you are taking full advance payment and no refund and cancellation, you better ensure quality service. On top of all this the property rep didn’t even had the courtesy to extend our check out time to 1pm which any hotel would happily do.
