Nice apartment , nice view and friendly staff and cooperative wi Positive: The staff was friendly and cooperative especially Mr. Hammad , available towels and all items in kitchen and it is gas stove . Microwave , boiler , coffee espresso available. The parking for two cars . Negative: The cleaners came upon request once during my stay for four nights and the charge was high 250 AED .

المكان غير مريحة ولا يستحق الزيارة وعدم تعاون إدارة المكان بتعويض بمكان آخر وعدم إعلامي بالاعطال حتى قدومي وكذلك عدم الا Positive: لاشيء Negative: التكييف متعطل في غرفة المعيشة طول فترة الإقامة وعمال الصيانة يوميا يأتون دون جدوى والجو حار جدا لدرجة أصابني المرض والتوتر وعدم ارتياح أسري خلال هذه الفترة والمكان غير مريح وتم التواصل معكم ومع إدارة الفندق ولكل لم تكن الاستجابة المطلوبة والصراحة يجب تعويضي وهذه أول مرة يحصل معي هذا الشيء والمكان غير مؤهل وليس سكن فندقي وإنما شقق سكنية وإرسال كل ذلك عن طريق الرسائل بموقع booking

Very bad service and bad experience! Very upset ! Positive: We hate this experience ! It’s a big mistake to book this apartment ! All money wasted ! My clients very upset with me and Dubai. Negative: No water supply for 2 days ; no hot water for 2 days because this company switched off water heater before my clients check in and noReminder of this. My clients checked in 1:00 am at Oct. 3, and no this knowledge to switched on the water heater on the wall before using . So, there is no hot water . My 3 guests just moved out the day morning at Oct. 4. Only my 1 client stall live there. But still no hot wage for 2 days. I found this after 2 days. And then there is no water supply from the 3rd day at Oct. 5 night , I found from 22:30,as we were outside in downtown Dubai the whole day. Once I reported, and there is no water still at 23:50 almost mid-night. so my clients moved out at the 3rd day. They updated us at 4th day saying , the water supply now. It’s too late . And service is very bad.
