Manzil -Exquisite 5BR Villa in Palm w Beach Access

Don’t chose this villa, it’s not up to someone standards Positive: Below expectations Negative: - bad smell - some stuff in the photos doesn’t exist like the kiyak and the small boat - the sea in front not clean at all at the point you can’t swim in it. - a lot of stuff in the vill not working or broken - the staff close the door to the pool and refuse to open it - late in time of check- out so we should wait although we respected the time mentioned in booking at 11am

Positive: The place The view The pool Negative: The customer from whom the villa was rented is disrespectful and does not meet our requests; Uncleanliness and Unclean and untidy..

Negative: The villa is old it needs maintenance, amount too much for it. Kitchen is old and not clean, bathrooms are not clean and aunts are there also shower is not good. Only 1 TV and no curtains in the bedrooms. No trash bags and furnitures are old also.

Positive: Swimming pool with a slide is amazing and fun. Projector screen is very good to have Negative: NO BLACKOUT CURTAINS!!! Not only you get sun light, it feels you get the sun itself inside the room! So bright and will wake us up so early. Beds and pillows not comfy and in some bedrooms it is very noisy in the night as the AC unit is in balcony and as noisy as a diesel engine!
