Manzil -2BR Penthouse w full Burj View in Downtown

Negative: At first, we arrived and microwave was broken, and they sent someone to fix it right away so I was very pleased with their response. But then as you start living in the apartment you notice that a lot is wrong with it - it is very poorly equipped (no cleaning supplies, no toaster, no pans, kitchen towels, mixing bowls, cooking knifes that do not cut,...) I had to request they send some equipment (which they did for only a few items, so I had to go purchase the rest on my own, no pressure in showers, smells in the bathroom, gym was advertised but there are none, furniture was either broken or damaged, even fell on the floor because of 2 of the dinning room chairs were missing screws. When I told them, they said they knew it was missing screws and didnt offer to replace/fix it, so for the entire month we were there we were down 2 chairs. Besides the chairs, the manager was kind and responsive but you could tell his company did not care to do what was right so he was left stuck in between us. Bottom line, if you are staying for just a few days, and dont intend on cooking but just want the views, it does the job because it is very well located and the balcony is very pleasant, but definitely not worth what we paid for and would never stay again.

Top Positive: Locatie en uitzicht was perfect. Negative: Onderhoud van de pand. Erg zonde dat er een pand als dit niet goed word onderhouden.
