Manzil - 1BR in Business Bay w Burj & Canal Views

Positive: Location Negative: THE AIR CONDITIONING IN DOES NOT WORKT!!! With 38°C outside, it’s around 30°C inside, making it impossible to sleep or do anything in the apartment. Despite multiple reports to the property, we received NO HELP. After the first service visit, we were told that a part was missing, but the property refused to replace it because the repair was too expensive. They are fully aware of this issue, as the controller is permanently set to 23°C to deceive guests. The overall condition of the apartment is terrible. It’s dirty, and there is mold and dampness everywhere — in the kitchen, bathroom, walls, and furniture. The cupboards in both the kitchen and bathroom are moldy, and some of the doors have fallen off. The entire place smells awful, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. The refrigerator and washing machine are filthy, and it’s clear that the property is not maintained at all. The staff simply don’t care, and the apartment is completely neglected. One of the worst stays we’ve ever had. We strongly do not recommend this place.
