Please dont stay here ! Positive: The view Negative: We orginally booked for two nights and we had to check out after one night for the following reasons: 1. The place was very dirty… dust everywhere, stained furniture, water kettle was unwashed and filthy dirty, door handles stained , used condom by the pool !! We were all itchy and sneezing because of how dusty the place was, we all had stained soles by walking around barefoot for 10 minutes. We werent even confident even to get into the pool after what we saw 2. Exposed wires and cables under the TVs which was very unsafe especially that i was staying with children 3. It was near impossible to reach the people in charge , phone calls were not answered, messages were left on read for so long… we spent the whole day chasing people to send someone to clean and requestinf a refund on t)3 second night since it was impossible to spend two nights in the place - this place charges 4k a night and you should expect at least a clean safe place to stay !!! - by far my worst experience in UAE and i stayed in many hotels/ resorts before - only one towel/ room was provided. Not a single water bottle anywhere
